If there’s one thing I really love about Twitter, then it’s the speed at which it gets things done. In this case less than twenty four hours.
From posting my rant to the first call back from Renault took just 17 minutes. From then it took just 21 hours before my issue was resolved in a manner with which I was happy.
Today after the beating the perils of the British Postal service and part time accountants I received a cheque in lieu of the vouchers I was supposed to receive.
This has pleased me greatly, so thanks to Ben at Bristol Street Motors for showing some common sense and fixing it all.
